For the 2018 season, the Advance Order deadline is at 2:00 pm and is outlined below.

Advance Order Deadline
To ensure Delaware North is able to meet all of your food and beverage needs, the Advance Order deadline is at 2:00 pm (2) business days prior to the game for the 2018 season.

 

Example:
Event Day: Monday, April 24, 2019
Advance Order Deadline: Thursday, April 20, 2019 at 2:00 pm

Please note: 2:00 pm is a hard cut-off deadline!
After the 2:00 pm Advance Order deadline has passed, please refer to our Game Day Menu to order food and beverage for your event. If you are in the process of placing an order in Guest Reserve, you will not be able to submit the order after 2:00 pm.

Game Day Orders
Once the Advance Order Deadline has passed, you may still place a food and beverage order prior to your arrival to Miller Park. Simply fill out the Game Day Order Form and submit it to the Suite Catering Office:

You may place food and beverage orders through your Suite Attendant upon your arrival to Miller Park from our Game Day Menu as well.

Placing Food & Beverage Orders

Delaware North provides three easy ways to order food and beverage for your Suite at Miller Park:

Guest Reserve
We encourage you to use the Guest Reserve online ordering option. Below are just some of the benefits of using Guest Reserve:

  • Orders can be entered and updated quickly.

  • You will receive an online order confirmation immediately.

  • Pick from multiple payment options or process a payment when placing your order.

Each Leased Suiteholder is assigned a specific username and unique password for Guest Reserve. It is important to keep the username and password for your company confidential.

Order Forms
In an effort to simplify the ordering process, Delaware North has created two order forms to use for your event at Miller Park. The following order forms are linked below to assist with completing your food and beverage orders:

These forms have been designed to assist in the ease of ordering and to ensure information is not lost.  These forms automatically calculate your total including tax and administrative charges.

Each order form has 2 pages: 1 for food and 1 for beverage. If you cannot see both pages, scroll to the right to view the beverage information.

Delivery Information
Delaware North is pleased to offer three (3) separate delivery times for hot food. Please select your Hot Food Delivery Time by selecting one of the following options on the Suite Catering Order Forms:

  • 1 Hour Before Game Starts

  • 30 Minutes Before Game Starts

  • During 1st Inning

Snacks and Cold Food will be delivered at least one (1) hour prior to the start of each game.

Dessert Cart
The Dessert Cart can be requested to stop by your Suite when placing your food and beverage order. The Dessert Cart will begin visiting the Suites in the 4th inning. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a specific delivery time for the Dessert Cart.

Specialty Carts
The Guacamole Cart & Carvery Cart are fabulous additions to your food and beverage order and are sure to wow your guests! These action carts include a visit from one of our Suite Chefs beginning in the 4th inning.

Service Times
Food and beverage service concludes at the end of the 7th inning. Your Suite Attendant will alert your Suite Host about “last call” during the bottom of the 6th inning.

Tax & Administrative Charges
Tax and Administrative charges will be added to every Suite Catering order. The tax rate is 6.1% for all food and beverage.

A taxable administrative charge of 18% of your Suite Catering order will be added to your invoice: 3% will be paid to the Suite Attendant and 15% will be retained by Delaware North to help provide more competitive wages.

Payment Methods

At Delaware North, credit card confidentiality is very important to us and we comply with the Payment Card Industry (PCI) regulations and standards. For all credit card payments, a Credit Card Authorization Form must be on file in order to process Advance Order payment or the credit card must be physically present.

At the end of the event, the payment method supplied on the Advance Order Form will be applied to the Suite food and beverage order. The Suite Host will be presented with an itemized receipt will all food and beverage purchased and charged for that event.

A Suite guest may use their personal credit card for payment for additional Suite Catering orders not previously authorized by the Suite Admin. At the end of the event, the Suite Attendant will present an itemized bill to the owner of the credit card.

Primary Card on File
Each company can designate (1) credit card to be kept on file throughout the season. Food and beverage orders will be charged to the primary card on file unless specified.

If your primary card on file changes during the season, please complete a new Credit Card Authorization form and submit to the Suite Catering Office.

Single Game Credit Card Authorization
For each credit card that is used for food and beverage orders that is not the primary card on file, a Single Game Credit Card Authorization form must be submitted.

Please note: Single Game Credit Card Authorizations are only valid for the game listed on the form.

Credit Card Authorizations & Merchant Information
The credit card used for payment on the food and beverage order will be authorized for the amount of the order on the day of the game. Additional credit card authorizations may happen throughout the game as additional food and beverage are ordered and will show on your account as pending. A final credit card charge that includes all food, beverage, tax and service charge will be posted to your account within 24 hours of the game.

Authorizations will disappear from pending on your account once the credit card processing merchant has settled all charges for the game. Please note: Pending authorizations may take up to 72 business hours to disappear from your account. It is best to contact your bank with any questions regarding pending charges.

Charges from the Delaware North Suite Catering Office will appear on your credit card statement as:

Declined Payments
In the event of a declined payment for the primary card on file, we will contact the Suite Administrator to ask for an additional form of payment. The Suite Host will not be asked for payment.

For single game credit card authorizations, Delaware North will attempt to collect a different form of payment from the Suite Host.

Receipts

Each Suiteholder will be able to access the receipts for their food and beverage orders in a secure, cloud-based system called Dropbox. The Suite Administrator will receive a special link to Dropbox to access the receipts for their company.

Receipts will be uploaded the day after each homestand ends. An email will be sent to the Suite Administrator once the receipts are ready for viewing. You will be able to see receipts for the entire season in one location. From Dropbox you will be able to view, download and print the receipts in PDF form.

Dietary & Allergen Information

The Delaware North Suite Catering menu is pleased to offer a variety of options to accommodate different dietary and allergen concerns.  A number of items on the Suite Catering menu are vegetarian or gluten free and are designated with V or GF on the menu. Items containing nuts are also designated with N.

Delaware North offers a variety of cakes for any kind of special occasion you and your guests want to celebrate! Cakes are made locally and require a three (3) business day turnaround.

Personalized Services

Delaware North is pleased to offer Personalized Services for our Suiteholders at Miller Park. To provide a special experience for your guests, we can provide an in-suite Bartender or dedicated Suite Attendant.

When requesting personalized services, 72-hour notification is required. The cost for a dedicated Suite Attendant or In-Suite Bartender is $225.00 per event.

Beverage Par Stock Information

For your convenience, Delaware North offers a Beverage Par Stock Program for all Suiteholders at Miller Park. This program benefits Suiteholders by:

  • Ensuring beverages are in your suite without the hassle of ordering these items for every event.

  • Allowing beverages to be locked or unlocked at your discretion.

  • Providing automatic replenishment as needed.

We are confident the Beverage Par Stock program will be beneficial to you and your guests.  Feel free to contact the Suite Catering Office with any questions or guidance on establishing your par stock!

How does the Par Stock Program work?

  • The Suite Administrator establishes a beverage par stock by completing the Beverage Par Stock Form and submits it to the Delaware North Suite Catering Office.

  • Delaware North places your par stock in your suite, making it available for every event.

  • When placing a food order, the Suite Administrator indicates whether they would like the beverages locked or unlocked.

    • Refrigerator is beer, non-alcoholic beverages and juices

    • Liquor Cabinet is wine, liquor, spirits and mixers

  • If guests will be attending the event but no food order is placed, please contact the Suite Catering Office to indicate if the Refrigerator and/or Liquor Cabinet should be open.

    • Delaware North will NOT open the Par Stock without permission from an Authorized Signer.

  • After each event, the Suite Attendant will count remaining beverages and replenish to meet the predetermined par stock level.

  • The following guidelines will be used when replenishing a par stock:

    • Beer, Soda and Water: Packs have three or less cans / bottles per 6 pack

    • Wine: Bottles are less than half full (1/2) or missing a cork

    • Liquor and Other Spirits: Bottles have one third (1/3) remaining

    • Mixers or Juice: Bottles are less than half full (1/2) or near expiration date

  • All replenished beverages will be charged the same day of the event on a separate bill and sent to the Suite Administrator at the end of each homestand.

    • Unfortunately, predetermined packaging of certain items (6 packs) cannot be sold on a per-can or bottle basis.

The Par Stock service concludes at the end of the regular season and does not carry over into the Postseason. Remaining beverages are not available for pick up and will not be credited to your account. A reminder on how to reduce your Par Stock will be sent in August.

Alcoholic Beverages

To ensure a safe and enjoyable time and to maintain compliance with the rules and regulations of the state of Wisconsin and Miller Park, no alcoholic beverages may be brought in or removed from your Suite at any time.

It is the responsibility of the Suiteholder to ensure that no minors or intoxicated guests consume alcoholic beverage in their Suite. We reserve the right to check for proper identification and refuse service to a person that appears to be intoxicated.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel a food or beverage order, please contact the Suite Catering Office at least 24 hours prior to the beginning of the game:

Cancellations within 24 hours of the posted game time will be charged full price.

Equipment & Disposables

Delaware North provides the necessary catering equipment and serving dishes for your Suite at Miller Park. Replacement fees will be assessed for missing or damaged items.

Disposable plates, cups, cutlery and napkins will be provided at no additional cost.

Exclusivity

Delaware North is the exclusive caterer for Miller Park.

Outside food and beverage is prohibited in the Suites at Miller Park. Any outside food or beverage brought into the Suite without prior authorization from the Delaware North Suite Catering Office will be confiscated and/or charged to the Suiteholder at a normal retail price for such items.

If you have specific dietary or allergy restrictions or concerns, please contact the Suite Catering Office to make alternate arrangements.
